I've got two rockwell axles with original yokes. Does anybody know where I can find U-joints to fit from these to a chevy drive shaft?

What size u-joint is on the Rockwell , is it 1410 or something else ?
Maybe you need the ends of the driveshaft replaced , or new driveshafts altogether .
What transfer case ?
1410 yokes are available for the np205 .

They are 1410 yokes and my transfer case is a NP208.

There is no conversion joint that works on a 1410. Jason was looking for one two weeks ago and none were found. You can replace the yoke on the d-shaft, or find a 1350 yoke for the rockwell.
