As it's said, anybody running the hard top with a pickup tailgate? I wouldn't mind swapping over, but not sure what I'd do about a window in the winter?? And yes I've searched with no luck... Thanks in advance!

Not sure if you have the same problem as me but when I drive my blazer with the hard top on and back window rolled down the exhaust fumes are almost unbearable. I like the idea of a pickup tailgate on a blazer but If I were to do it I would design some kind of flip up back window like the first gen Blazers have or graft a back window from a pickup camper shell to my k5 top.

I wouldn't go without a window simply because the exhaust can be deadly. With my soft top, everything is either rolled up or left down, and I still get exhaust :(

The exhaust fumes are HORRIBLE.

So much so that I lose all desire to drive it.

I didn't want to go without one, just wondered what ppl did for one in that particular situation. I agree the exhaust can get nasty...

I tossed making a canvas deal with a window in it to snap all the way around but not sure on that either...

Try to find one of the oem spoilers for the top. It makes the exhaust fumes go away.

Thanks for the replies guys!! And the link GWeakland620!! My dad can sew canvas so I might try that route. since I have a work van I drive daily I'm not worried if it completely seals, and it sits in the garage most of the time. And that gas mask would definetly work for fumes Martin!! Lol
