Has Anybody Done Business with this E-Bay Seller?

This guy (TomZ Wheels) is selling these rims for $200 less than anbody else I can find on the Internet. This sounds a little too good to be true, but he does have a lot of postive feedback.

I haven't, but he has very good feedback - 804 positive and zero negative. That's a good deal on the wheels too.

He seems to have good ratings. No negative feedback. I suppose I would buy from him.
