Long story short, I have the opportunity to get a sweet deal on some 4th Gen Camaro seats. Problem is, I don't weld, and I don't know anyone that does. Is is possible to do a bolt-in swap with these things into my '89?

Has Anyone eEver Tried Putting 4th Gen F Body Seats in Their K5?

Someone on here tried it, and the result was no.
I thought perhaps they would bolt onto the seat tracks, as GM kept some the same between vehicles, but apparently not the trucks.
I believe the fix is to just make an adapter bracket that goes between the seat and the stock seat tracks.

All ford mustang seats are a direct fit to the stock gm brackets ( if that helps )
