Ruff Stuff going out of business

All the others making and selling flooded the market in my opinion . I talked with him 2 - 3 times nice guy and easy to help and figure stuff out .

Best wishes to them and new owner / company .

Yeah, got a lot of RSS things on Bender but thats the tough part, I'm done. Got no other rig. We are all going to be sad but its hard to continue patronizing a business once a rig is going. (Ex: why all vehicle manufacturers seem to revamp everything each couple of years) Add to the fact people aren't spending money because there's nothing "extra" left over.

I'm sure all the rest have their strings tight right now, ORD included.

They started using today's customers' money to pay for last months' customer's product. The guy that bought the remnants isn't impressing me much either.

I actually don't know what is going on with the offroad industry right now as a whole. Prices are through the roof well past inflation.

The other day I was looking at Hutchinson wheels again for my Rubicant... they're up to $950 now. You can't tell me a cast wheel costs more to make than a forged double beadlock. And you can't tell me it costs 100% more to get it to me today than it did in 2020.

Local shop to me so they’ve been a great resource over the years. Ever since Dan took a step back from the business it seemed to change……

I don’t know the new guy but I’ll probably give him a shot at some point.

Yeah I have been there a couple of times but not in the past 4 years so didn't see the change or decline
