has anyone put a wood kit in cargo area of K5's??

Has anyone every thought about putting a wood bed kit in their Blazer?

It would need to be put on top of the factory floor for support but I think it would look great for a street K5. MAybe cover the leading edge with a chrome strip or polished stainless.
