Have a 75 4x4 with 350 and an automatic. This Blazer is not off the road much but more of an occasional driver. Changing heads and cam and must be done to get full benefit of changes . All suggestions appreciated. Steve.

The mounting flange on the headers has a tendency to warp, and then it will leak. An extra thick flange resists this problem.

Cool, thanks. That's what I suspected. I was wondering if that helps with the angle on the tight spot between frame and engine/tranny? Seems to me that quite a few people have had trouble there from previous threads.

Headers

I have a set of Flow-tech ceramic coated shorty headers. They do a good job. However purchase a set of longer header bolts and don't use the short ones as they back out and you spend your time re-tightening. With the longer bolts, I have not had to re-tighten.

Check out the Hedman review in the garage, it's about 3 pages worth of posts(depending on how you have your page display preferences set).
