Hello, had the instrument cluster out of my 87 the other day to try and find new bulbs for it. got it all back together and now my headlights are not working properly. it seems that my lows are actually lower then they used to be and when i switch to high only the left side comes on. Also when you turn the right turn signal on it flashes the headlight not the signal. Any ideas would help I am guessing something is crossed but maybe there is something I am missing. Thanks for any help

Sounds like a ground is loose or some wiring is disconnected. I'd trace all the wiring and check the integrity. It's easy to pull things loose when you have the whole assembly apart.
