About how many hours will a shop charge for a cam and head swap? I will supply all parts. The motor(454) is in the truck.

Call around and ask. I think you'll find that you'll be doing it yourself. Hell, why wouldn't youdo it youself with this great resource called ck5? No brainer dude. DIY always!
