Heads up on lodging!

I read something about this going on at EJS, I don't agree with the BLM and the .gov stuff but can you blame them? Go look at some of these non campground areas that have been used for camping and tell me the average person using them has any respect for the land and what they're doing to it. It's honestly appalling to me the way some of these campers leave their camps when done.

That being said cracking down is going to do is push them into new areas to destroy and create other problem areas.

Good news is that due to some miscommunication in my world we overbooked at Moab Rim so we have at least 1 cabin available Friday night and Saturday night, and OR a Cottage with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds available.

I was just putting it out there is all

Bummer bout slickrock not calling u back! They always treated me good! KOA not so friendly and the place with the giant chess board was ok. Wish I could go but it isn't even a possibility this time.

If any one cancels or hears of any openings at Moab rim... I'd love to stay at Moab rim. It's my 40th bday on sept10 and I'm thinking of driving my buggy all the way from Mesa, Az -- kind of a back-to-my-roots type trip.

IL let ya know of I hear of any long time since I saw ya last

My brain hurts. Im trying to figure this out but its not working.

Id like to find a decent hotel/motel thats trailer friendly...not looking to camp after the drive out there lol.

Motel 6, Archway Inn both have tons of parking. Archway is nice but not cheap. Both are on the north end of town.

Moab Rim camp sites are not bad, the showers/ bathrooms are nice, but no A/C in a tent.
