Passengers side is finished and the I rebent and hammered down that center hump so TECHNICALLY the floors are done! I still have to seal the seams in the back with seam sealer, put in the gas fill tube cover and scrape the glue off the rear wheel wells so I can paint.

Used about 8lb of .035 wire on the floors and about 12lb total on the whole truck; three argon tanks; 4 grinding disks; 2 cutting wheels; 8 cans of spray paint; and alot of CUSS WORDS

I've been wondering about that /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif I'm putting in a 1.5" body lift tomorrow so that should get me away from the exhaust. That black is going to absorb alot of sunlight so I've actually been thinking about having rhino liners spray in a thin layer of light grey bedliner /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif
The outside is either going to be Orange or Copper Metallic

In one of the pics I saw that you have your ground clamp for the welder clamped on something on the ground, what is that? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Its a magnetic ground point.... just toss it on what your welding and go. It has a brass post in the middle with a spring, your suppost to bolt it to your ground wire, I just clip the ground clamp on the post /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

YEAH YEAH... its has a pan leak.... rusted through probley... I know it has a tranny line leaking from a rusty spot.... tune up and new tranny lines are coming soon. /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

Amazing! i got a 90 burb thats been in porltand oregon all its life so i got NO rust but man that is just flat out awsome what youve done.
