Hey guys,
So here's the deal, I just replaced a shiz ton of stuff on my 72 blazer ( motor mounts, rear main seal, flexplate, front pump to the transmission, and resealed the transfer case). I have everything back together and the stupid thing won't start. When i lifted my motor to do the motor mounts I bumped the dizzy and it knocked the cap loose, I checked it out and it looks fine, no cracks or anything. Also, I can see fuel squirting through the carb, I have spark, I checked my timing with a timing light, made sure my firing order is correct and it still won't fire. it sounds like it's going to start but it never will, even with starting fluid... Any ideas of what else it could be?
I'm kinda stumped now... I know there's a lot of great expertise here so hopefully someone has experienced something like this before and knows what the answer is... I'm a diesel guy and am trying to remember/figure out all of this ignition crap. Thanks for your help in advance!
