I put a 4x4 '73 blazer body on a 4x4 '83 frame. the floors are significantly different, so body mount fabrication is a must. the i don't know how the 2wd frames are different from the 4x4 frames, but i doubt it's different from the firewall back. Thus, i think you'll be fine, but you'll need to fabricate some body mounts since your '75 floor will be different from the 1980's floor.

That would be great if I can look at that frame. I just have the 75 body only no frame. So its hard to tell where I will run into a problem. Do you live in Sac? I have like 2 73,80 front clips with core supports. That I need to get rid of before the wife kills me.Yeah the rear will need different body mounts ( I have the back half of a 76 for parts if you need them) and the front will need the parts transfered from a 4x4 frame, the shape is the same.
Unless you are trying to make it a 2wd blazer then you don't need the front parts.
My frame is in Elk Grove by the way if you need it to look at or parts of it.
