Help! 92 Chevy Truck starts then dies... FIXED!!!

Go delphi. If the stock ones are running 200K+, why do something else?

I think that's what I'll do is go Delphi this time. Any suggestions on the O2 sensor? I was thinking Bosch but now second guessing...

Denso?

THAT was the one, I couldn't remember the name, wanted to say AC Delco, but I know the place I used to buy most of my parts from doesn't carry that brand in pumps anymore.

To my understanding, there isn't an "AC Delco" fuel pump. Delphi supplied GM with the original ones. No idea if they got branded as AC Delco at some time.

If i were you, i would order the whole assembly with sending unit to be safe.

I didn't have time to find a whole assembly in stock, so i changed just the pump. Not difficult to do this way.

Used to buy them at Autozone, they quit selling them a few years back, maybe they are rebranded or something, I dunno.. all I know is the one I had to replace this last time WAS an Airtex unit and the failure was that little rubber hose.

Bought the new Delphi unit from Napa, cost is alittle more, but I don't care at this point, I am seriously getting pretty fed up with the cheap sh!t being sold through these Walmart style auto parts stores. I rarely go into an Autozoneor even Checker (OReilys) now.. Usually always a Napa.

Exactly where i am. Used to get decent, lifetime warranty stuff from kragen when i was in school. For crucial items, a warranty doesn't mean crap when it dies, just that its free when you replace it.

Now the local Monument or napa gets my business for things i can't wait for. Otherwise, its coming from rockauto.
