Help! Electrical Problems

Again just my .02. If that were my Blazer, instead of using eletrical tape I would use shrink tube. I don't know what you had in mind but, it makes it look cleaner! As for you connectors, they are everywhere! They will be in front of every light socket (I think the head lights, but definitly on the parking lights, tail lights).
Happy sodering!

definatley on with the shrink tube -- just checked your pics that is one really sweet ride. How is your steering? Looks like you have about as much lift as I do, (6" or so) I have alot of play and drift in my steering -- I don't expect it to drive like a honda, but I would like to tighten it up a bit.

Thanks! It is suppose to be 6". It was on it when I bought it. It has 33's , which I would like to put on the 35 x 15.5 Baja Claws. They're suppose to just a little taller than a 33. My buddy just put them on his Bronco and they are smaller than a 35, which is cool for me because I like the tire/ fender clearance and I don't want to go taller on the lift. As for the steering it has bump steer out the ass. I have the Idler arm sitting level, a front sway bar, all bearings and bushings seem to be good. I did notice that the shaft on the power steering gear box has a slight amount of play in it. I haven't got around to replacing it because I want to put a Dana 60 under it and do a crossover steering. If you have just play in yours you might need to just tighten up the worm gear.

It was the motor, got one coming, been tested and works well. All that digging. And guess what --- I need to sell my 72 - gotta face facts, I have a 2yr old now, one coming in July, no seatbelts in my daily driver except for me. And since its a daily driver can't have it sitting in some shop getting overhauled with new seats, and everything to make it kid friendly....I wish I had enough cash to keep it as a toy...
