Help i have no lights 911

Hello
today i installed a set of driving lights,
i didnt tie into my head lights
and now i have no headlights or tail lights?
i have turn signals and flashers
thats it,all fuses are good
in my book
Haynes Repair Manual
Chevrolet & GMC pickups
1967 thru 1987
doesnt show wich fuse they would be on or if there is a relay
Please help
this is a DD and i have to have em
oh the lights i installed are Eclipse off road No.3232

The headlights are powered through a "fuseible link" directly from the starter. The headlight switch has a built in resetable breaker, so there is no headlight fuse. I would check where you connected the driving lights in and undo that first. If the fuseible link is open it may not show on the outside. If you give it a good tug it will try to pull apart.
