HELP Identifying Electrical Connections

Referring to the port connectors at the top of the fuse block

So i have emailed the company that i linked in the first post to see if they would provide any information on the spade connectors they use. They only problem i am seeing is the spade connector needs to be 5.3 mm wide or it wont fit in the color clip and the tang or lock need to be the correct distance to hold it in the correct place. Also if you look closely lock is attached to a piece that wraps around the spade to make it wider at that point so that it cant slip out the front.

I will be doing some local searching when i get the chance and if that is a bust i will most likely solder them as it really doesn't make sense to order a bunch of connectors that probably aren't going to work as this one has to many specifics.

As for the other connections i think you guys have pretty much nailed it i just need to find time to pull it all apart again and check measurement and verify fitment.

If I get time I can see if I've got any of the 12066493's around. It will be a couple of days. I know I have the fuse panel connectors, so if I have the terminals, I can see if they can be readily made to work.

Scratch that. Checked my order history, do not have any. FWIW, Mouser is $.42 for 12020126 and the other place is $20 min order.

Alright Guys figured out the first one! The people at American Auto Wire where increadibly helpfull. They said they did not have an exact part number but thought they were refered to as pack-con terninals. So after a simple search i came up with tons of places selling the exact terminal for reasonable prices.

They are called "GM PACK-CON I Series Terminals" and you can get them in different wire sizes (without color plastic part) . Picture in the first picture. like someone stated before i believe they are a Delphi product.

I found a Napa part number and package as pictured in the second picture but after checking there sight it returned nothing in the search. I'm going to check a few local auto stores but at least we got a name to them.

Also i think some one already brought this up but i believe the connection that is inside the fuse box (that holds the fuses) in the third picture in the original post is called "GM PACK-CON 3-way 12-10 gauge Female Terminal" again a Delphi product, but i still have to confirm this but it is picture number three below

Great job! http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Keyword=pack-con&Ns=Pricing%7c0&No=25&FS=True

I see what appear to be the actual connectors listed there as "pck con 1" so the terminals will be that as well. IME I buy multiples of every wire size terminal just in case.

Pack Con III's I don't see Mouser having in small quantities, which is unusual. But if they come "connected" that makes sense. I guess if you wanted to pay $475 you could be a distributor of them. :)

I've used this for pretty much every Delphi connector I've dealt with: http://www.ebay.com/itm/WEATHERPACK...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 Weatherpack, Metripack, plus barrel crimps. The leverage afforded makes it a lot easier to use than regular wiring pliers, which I doubt would make crimps as nice and solid.

So i had a little more time to work on this project today and took apart my fuse block to confirm. You guys are correct. the connections that are on the interior side of the fire wall box (as seen in the first two pics of original post) are indeed GM 630 series female connectors. Luckily for me i belive these are the same connector i need at the colume. I found a site that you can order from in small quantities so i will be placing an order and let you know when they arrive. The links are below.
