Help me decide

Ok i'm trying to decide which to build. I've got 2 k5's and a k10 swb truck, I'm getting 1 tons in a couple weeks.

I really like my blazers but i also like the flat bed swb look. This will be mostly trail rig but will see street also. I've been trying to figure out which one with no luck , so what would you guys do?

Step-side or fleet side? If its a step-side i say keep the step side and build it. If its a fleet side scrap the bed and build a truggy.

I wish i would have waited for a pick up..........

make one of the k5s a mall cruiser, something thats nice enough to drive around town with the top off and build the SWB with a flatbed on the back. thats what i would do

i agree with dfl701. its not an 8 ft. bed so its not really any good for hauling anything. don't scrap the bed though if its in decent shape... sell it!

Thats what i meant. I didnt mean to scrap it i meant get rid of it......

I would base my decision on how many people and or gear you want to be able to carry. If you want more than 2 people comfortably i would say build a blazer otherwise build the SWB.

I like the short box trucks when they're all purdy and ready to cruise the mall... But, if I were to start over and didn't need room for the kids, I'd build a truggy...

With the blazer, it gets harder every time you go out to keep a top on it... Which sucks in the winter for staying dry and warm...

I say build one of the K5s. A truck is nice to haul stuff in, but its nice to have an area to keep your gear out of the weather when wheeling. Cant store much in a pickup cab with more than one person in it.
