What's wrong with the engine?

I love how every engine stand in the world seems to have a screwdriver or bolt used for the rotation lock. Am I the only one who's retained the little lock that came with the stand I bought over 10 years ago?

the engine has just been rebuilt, New crank, rings, bearings ect. I am about to put it back in the blazer. and I agree on the engine stand, I have never seen an original pin or handle.
