HELP! Need correct info on 89 Jimmy 350 EGR Valve.

N is for negative backpressure that is for sure. That is what the book says also about the part number break down. I'll bump your part number against the one in the cross reference manual at the parts store to see what is says.

This is what I get when I say NO I have no part number to cross reference with. Note the disclaimer on the Wells EGR126 about cannot be tested with a vaccum gauge.
WELLS EGR120 3 MO $32.99
O.E.M. #17087185, 17087187, 17111846, 17111847
TO TEST-> LOCATE TEST CHART EGR4 IN WELLS TEST MANUAL

WELLS EGR126 3 MO $40.99
O.E.M. #17087194, 17087196, 17111851, 17111852
THIS EGR VALVE CAN "NOT" BE TESTED WITH A VACUUM PUMP.

Now when I use the part number #17087194 I get a different Borg-Warner part option and the stupid Wells EGR126 as an option.

BORG_WARNER EGR1213 $59.99

So I wonder what the deal is? If you know the factory part number the Borg-Warner EGR1213 part shows up along with the Wells EGR126. But if you say I don't have the part number the Borg-Warner EGR1213 is not a part option. A little confusing to say the least.

So what part did everyone else put on their truck as a replacement? Apparently only these three options are available but yet they are different EGR valves. What gives?
