Got this fence up and wish to speed up the color / age look to match the other next to it .

Its southern pine and pressure treated . I have read there is a old school mix of stuff to use to speed up the grey natural aged color . Anyone know it with good results ?

Let me ask my dad when I see him today…..he was building boxes out of old pallets and mixed up some concoction that aged them almost perfectly to cover his cut ends

So apparently vinegar mixed with black tea and steel wool is his mixture of choice but he said they also make an arborpro stain now that is supposed to mimick it. He mixes up two tea bags per cup of vinegar and then puts 0000 steel wool in and let’s it sit for a day. Brush it on with a foam brush

Consider the inverse... Wash all of it with an oxcylic acid deck wash... Power wash it.... The old stuff should clean up nicely...

Respray it with oil based Cuprinol or Cabots oil base clear oil
