Looking for an article on the PS higher pressure pump mod. 5 different searches turned up a bunch of interesting stuff - mostly on hydraboost, but not what I'm looking for.
MISF has a GM PS pump on his Louver Punch. He's got a thicker than normal section to louver and the pump isn't quite up to putting out enough pressure. He thinks it's a little tired so it's getting rebuilt, but we figured to bump up the pressure while it's opened up.
Just had a thot, the spool valve controler has a by-pass pressure regulator built into it, could we block off the pump's regulator & just use the one in the valve? Or would that harm the pump?
