Well ended up breaking the vacuum port off on the intake vacuum fitting. Guess the pop metal was weak. Got the fitting out of intake, now the hunt for one or plug it and jus use carb port

***Fixed***.
New dizzy = no fix, rebuilt carb = no fix. Pulled plug wires,,found #5 unplugged didn't cause pop, pulled valve cover and rocker was 1/2 off stem, pulled rocker and pushrod, pushrod bent,, went to store $4 pushrod, 20 minutes later , motor runs good

Vacuum gauge reading would have shown that, it was a valve issue. I think I am going to ask for a video of manifold vacuum before I make a guess anymore
