Help with factory quad shock question

Hello everyone, this is my first post on here and i wanted to say hi. I just purchased a 91 blazer fullsize. I think that is has the factory quad shock option in the front because it has the upper shock bracket, but where does the lower part of the second shock bolt to? It only has one on it now. a picture would be great but if somone can explain it that would be cool too. thanks

It uses a longer bolt on the lower mount. The first shock goes inside the factory lower mount, and the second shock goes on the inboard side of it.

Ok thats what i figures but i am just wondering what goes on the inboard side after the shock so as not to pull in the shcok eye bushing...a big washer?

I don't remember what mine had on it. I took off the quads a long time ago in favor of singles

most guys on here will tell you to loose the dual shocks. they make the ride harsher and dont help much. just a waste of money

which is better to leave on? the longer one thats verticle or the slanted shorter one? thanks
