sometimes my truck acts up..it will idle higher and downshift late... well i figured out that when the truck acts like this is starts as soon as i move the shifter. like right before it goes from P-R it will shoot up like 500 rpm and if i put it back into park it will idle fine but it starts as soon as i move shifter.

so is this vaccumn related or something else?

high speed idle? choke or something? on the 91? maybe just some adjustments need to be made
