Well, finished up with the hummer wheel mods this weekend and mounted up the new 39.5"s. Didn't really have to trim much more of fenders to make them fit /forums/images/icons/smile.gif.
Took her on the test run and what a blast it was to drive this beast now. Those aren't poseur shots up there...almost rolled a few times /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif /forums/images/icons/ooo.gif Truck is really flexy, which proved to be a good thing /forums/images/icons/smile.gif. Fr8train did a nice job of spotting though; Thanks dude!
My only problem now is my front ARB locker has a line leak somewhere, and I think it's in the diff. /forums/images/icons/frown.gif /forums/images/icons/mad.gif
Have to tear into that sometime this week.

Anyhow, will see yall on Friday. Won't be able to leave here until around 3pm or so on Friday....

Well did the measuring from yesterday and the second and fourth pictures do not show the nearly all of the 16+ inches between top of tire and wheel well that Boss is getting. I think the next project we'll be making at my dads shop is going to be a RTI ramp.

Well the truck is almost ready. I had a major set back when I broke one of the arms on my bender on Saturday; ordered a new arm and it will be here tomorrow, so with a little luck I will have the shock hoops done and maybe the bumpers. In the meantime here are some pics from this weekend. i will post some new ones of my new gate and hoops when they are done. Later.

Looks like this is gonna be a fun weekend. At last check, there were 57 rigs signed up to be there. And they are coming from all over. Plus there were 21 rigs signed up from The Rock Dawgs sight. They won't actually be wheeling with us but they chose to use this as there monthly ride to assist in the efforts. I can hardly wait. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
 
its really crunch time now to get the rig ready...dont know about yall but i havent been this excited about aanything since hooters started two for tuesday night...

I know the feeling. Between starting a new job today and this trail run, I don't know which one has my stomach tied in bigger knots. The closer it gets the harder it is to sleep at night. So to say that I am excited would be an understatement.
 
The truck is ready, I used the old ghetto shock towers I made, but I have some ford's coming in tomorrow that I might mount. The next rear disc's are great and the new unbalanced SX's do not shake at 65 so I'm straight. Still have to decide if I am going to run doors and bumpers!?
 
Man I'm starting to get scared.
Never got to play on any real rocks.
Wish I had the time to put a crossover on.
