HF Cordless Impact?

I had one battery fail and it happened to be one of the extra's I bought. Luckily I emailed myself the receipt using the self checkout and was able to get it warrantied based on that (still in the 1 year period).

I got a pro account so I have all my receipts going to that account but it's older the a year.

Probably 3. I'll still try. Lol.

I have the HF cordless impact in 1/2 inch with the longer shaft. Most money I've ever spent on one thing at HF and it scared me to death due to whats already been said and my HF experience with thier electric tools mirrors that. Out of the box it didn't work and was about to take it back, when my buddy pulled the trigger about 30 times in a row. Then it fired right up. It works great just every once in a while after it sits for while the trigger needs a "warm up" to get going.
