sack was born in new jersey, i found him roughly 6 or 7 months ago, i made the drive from central CT down to see him, he was a little rough around the edges, but showed potential with a little TLC

from there we had sack towed all the way back up here, little bit of a pain, but finally got it here, i spent the next 3 months getting it basically running and able to sort of drive, i took a long time re-running lines, tubes, and wires, the bed had huge rot holes in it, rockers were messed up, and a million other things, parts and oye, too much to list, carb and windows leaking, exaust made from a million different parts
sack is a 1 ton k30 with 4.56 gearing and a locked rear, 350 engine, sm 465, and np 205 combo
after some body work and repair, i got to a point where it was decent enough, started getting some paint on there, and i realized i really like the black and red combo, so i started hitting a couple parts, grill mirrors trim, what not, im happy with it

continued tweaking things untill i was satisfied just enought to bring it to emissions...
and again... and at this point, second time being there, is where the story of sack begins... the guy after pulling it out, in a very monotone voice, showing no emotion, the clutch is shot, burning up, exaust is ****, running like ****, still terrible in many ways, he says, 'sorry, didnt pass again, but you can tell when you hit that peddle, its got some sack to it', i sat there and looked at my friend, and i said, ok man, cool, and he walked away, i asked my friend if he said it had 'sack', he said yeah, now i dont know about where you guys are from, but around here, if you want to say somthing along those lines, you say it has some balls, never heard sack
since that day, it has been an ongoing joke with my friends, and it turned into the name of the truck
so i went back after tweaking
and again
well, too much gas, too much o2, blah blah blah, did waht i could with what i had, patched up the exaust with some crappy stuff just to plug it around a cat that was the wrong size, used a different carb
and finally... i passed, it was amazing
so i hopped in my friends garage and we dropped everything, i put in a new flywheel, new clutch, cleaned my bellhousing, tranny fluid xfer case fluid, rtv'd everything, looking good, no more leaks, helicoils in my intake and new gasket for the carb, new studs, nice and tight, plugs wires, timing, carb adjust, blinkers not working? fixed, new lights in places, cleaning put in a stereo system (boom bangin), headers, exaust (dual flowmaster 40s), and so much more, i fixed it all
finally it was time to start my lift...
well i knew what i had to do...
crossover steering
8" skyjacker kit for 1 ton
replaced add a leaf with 4 inch ORD shackle flip
used a 5" DIY4x4 shackle
poly bushings
custom shock mounts
6-8" stainless braided brake lines front and back (skyjacker)
jeeze i dunno what else, but look

finally i looked at many things and decided on my tires and rims
38x15.50 16r SSR radials
and
16x10 american racing black rims 4.125 backspacing
and mounted them today
i didnt want to post anything till i was done, and finally the time has come
