Can someone meadure their hi lift jack handle for me. Mine is on the side of the road somewhere. Looking for od, thickness and length. Thanks.

Doh.

For my 60", handle's about 1.32" OD, .090 wall, and 29.5" long.

I think that means 1" Sch 40 would fit but would be thicker than original.

Perfect thanks I have the 60" jack as well

I lent mine out and some how the factory red handle was mia upon return .

I did the black iron pipe new handle thing .

also I drilled/tapped a hole in the new handle were the factory hole was on the jack handle spot .

so its now bolted on . and I got a energy suspension handle holder thingy for it .

The poly holder things are fantastic. I think I've got one each Daystar and Energy, whatever was cheaper when I Amazoned them, but well worth it.
