Most any winch can be mounted as a hidden winch. It's all about the mounting. I'd recommend a "foot-forward" mounting & a remote mounted control box. It's a bit of custom work & you should be quite familiar the wiring, but it is very possible.
Look through Ryoken's thread for a bulletproof & low-profile setup.
It'll at least give you some ideas.

ryoken has the best setup IMO. that particular winch is hard to find, but perfect.
I don't know about Ramsey, but my Warn 9.5XP fit perfectly.
you didnt specify front or back.. im going to put a mile marker hydraulic 10.5k up front some day....
but for the rear...
