Highway to Hell Pics!!!

Someday I imagine it will happen. You guys need to come play here in AZ. Get a group of the Socal Big Dawg's together and get them some AZ wheeling in. We have lots of trails for every type of truck all in one area.

Whats the best time of the year to wheel in AZ? Ive heard there are some really cool trails out your way but seems like most of them are to narrow for full size rigs.

Right now is the best time to wheel. Anytime from now till about April-May depending on when it heats up. There are many trails that will fit fullsizes out here. Some trails they will fit in easy and some like Highway to Hell in the pics require you to have no cares about sheetmetal. It all depends on what you are willing to do and what you want to do. The only rule that the guys in the pics have is that the windshield frame must survive the trip. Everything else is open to distruction.

We have it all from mild to wild. No lockers to 2 lockers, no body damage to extreme body damage.

A lot of the trails out here have lots of lines. You can take an extreme line that will ruin the body or just the normal line and clear it with ease. Woody's wash is this type of trail. You'll need two lockers and sliders/bumpers to do it clean. AZ has a lot more than just super tight, shouldn't really fit, flop and grind type of wheeling. Some of us just lean to that side lately.

Check out that link on my post and you'll see that sheetmetal isnt a factor with me. Besides sheetmetal is over rated anyway.

I saw it. You would be right at home here in AZ. You could have lots of fun with us. :waytogo: We should get a run together and have some Socal guys out here. The weather is usually very nice and can get some awesome trails in for you guys.

There is alot of good trails for every level. I would really like to see Willyswanters Crewcab out here. It was pretty awesome to see it in Moab but it would be really cool in the narrow canyons and hard stuff here.
