Holley projection efi manifold won't bolt down

I bought this manifold and tbi 3 months ago and just got to the point of running the new motor and i can't get the fourth bolt on the passenger side in. Just hits the manifold when it gets half way in. Anyone else had this problem?

Also got water in my oil because the missing bolt affected the water jacket seal to the head.

What kind of heads is the manifold made for? If it is a centerbolt head manifold the center bolt holes wont line up on older heads. And visa versa an older manifold wont fit center bolt heads without drilling the center bolt holes out.

I used an allen bolt to tighten it down but i still got water in the oil after a oil change.

The manifold is made for the camel backs.
