Holy Shiat!

I watched a set of NOS D60 Spicer lockouts sell for $500 once. Never thought anything else would top those. Tonight I was wrong. Wow!

Wow..... Someone got lucky, and someone doesn't know truck parts from their a$$hole.

Holy cow, I had an OEM stock GM set of those on my axle. the bolts broke off and put out a windshield of an oncoming truck on the highway. The car behind me said it hit the ground bouced 30ft in the air and the truck drove into it coming down, punched right through the center of their windshield landed in the seat between an old man and woman. For some reason they handed it back to me after they theated me for my insurance. My MileMarkers got over 200K on them and still work like new. I would never run those again.

They broke due to your lack of attention, end of story.
Bolts don't fail unless they are neglected, especially when they should be torqued to such a low value like on hubs. Plus there is almost no shear force ever applied to those bolts.....

You have to admit, they sure are pretty. They'd be like that NOS D60 set I used to have, too nice to put on anything but a show truck. :pimp:

I have to tighten the bolts on a set of those I have on a truck regularly. I completely popped the weld on one of the internal gears once too but I still would rather run them then a Warn Hub. Try and find a new metal gasket for one though.:doah:
