Nice is that a high flow cat I see, and you might want to replace the output seal on your 241 :thumb:

That's an automatic rust preventative application device. It's a VERY important option in areas where road salt is used to excess. ;)
 
that drive shaft slip yoke is way to far out. you really neeed to bring that to a shop and get it lengthened. thats prolly why its leaking.

it did not come with a carb certifacate?
my edlebrock headers came with one.
has anyone gone through inspection with that cat?

i would like to know also because i have to also
 
ok...so i decided to get the exhaust changed a little so now it comes out the sides at an angle and i`m glad i did it...just one problem...i went up there to the exhaust shop and said do you think that the exits could be changed to come out at an angle...he said yea no biggie because he knew it was a close fit...so they put it in...maybe in a lil hurry but i dont know and they welded it all up and told me i was allset...when i jumped in my truck to back it out the owner said no problem and told me to go....so i left and on my way home i noticed an airleak...and sure enough there was a little hole where the tip was welded on...so i called them and asked them wat i should do and they said bring it back up so i did and they fixed it...he apologizd for making me drive around and i said no biggie....so i`m heading home to wash my truck and when i get there i noticed something....the driverside exit is a little lower than the pass.....not by much but maybe a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch...so i said no biggie....but also on the drivers side the tip its turned...and its a slant cut so to me its noticeable....again i said no biggie...so what do you think i should do?? i mean they did the change for free for me and fixed it for me for free so should i bother to point out the tip??? or should i just put different tips on it??? i was thinking of the rolled tipes the are straight cut if anyone has any pics that would appreciate it:D
 
do you hsve true duals? how loud is it? what mufflers are you running?

nope cat back with MudFrogs high flow cat and a super 40
 
does anyone have these tips....do you think they would look funny on the blazer or are they more of a tuner type tip??

Forget the tips. I had side exit pipes with nice tips and they just got mangled. So I said I am going to exit out the back like the pictures do, just below the bumper. They really got mangled and I got bigtime exhaust through the back window. So now I am redoing it to exit behind the rear wheel in the body and I am going to make a hole the exact size of the pipe and cut it flush so it won't catch on anything or get mangled. And it will be higher so water crossings will be easier if I stall.

any ideas?
