how can i obtain the build sheets like this one?

A build sheet is put into every vehicle after it was built and is usually found in a couple different places in the vehicle (one being attached to the bottom of the seat or under the floor covering). A build sheet is nothing that you can "buy" or "aquire" anywhere.
