How do I calculate lift kit specs?

I hear you on hit n Miss with Tech’s these days & it’s a crying shame it’s that way with All fields. Yea I believe I’ll try and put on springs myself.I’ve done it in past,it’ll just take me a bit longer these days. Then figure out how to approach it from there.
