How do I figure out my actual MPG?

Speedometer was on with the 31s. So back to my original question, is 9mpg normal for my truck or does my carb need adjusting.

9 is about right with city, freeway only calcs are the only way you will really determine if it's running good, combined city/freeway kills economy quickly in these trucks.

Highest gas MPG I've heard/seen/believe is 18MPG freeway, and that's normally with OD/TCC

I may have missed it , but there is still more than just tire size for MPG. What Gears are you running?, What transmission are you running?

Im running 700r w/4:10s w/33s, I run 65mph @ 2100rpms, I get decent mpg 12-15.

Stock gears, turbo 350

LoL..i guess it depends on the gears, from what ive seen, blazers had options, so dont know what you have. With no OD, i can see why your MPG would be low.

Do you have a tach? Wonder what RPM your spinning on the highway

Yep, I turn can run 65-70 at 2500 Rpm, depends whether I'm going uphill/flat/downhill. And runs 60 at 2000-2100
