I have the drum off and the hub wont come off, I have already pounded out the studs, but it still will not come apart should I put the drum on some wood and try to beat the hub out? What about alittle heat? Help!!!!

And put a block of wood on the hub when you are hitting it. You don't want to mangle your hub. At least if you plan to use it again.

I'd lay a hurtin on the drum itself...smack all around the hub and the hub should eventually drop out.

Yep..

Put a small block of wood under the whole set up, with the drum wheel mounting surface, pointed up. The back of the hub, where the dust seal is, should be sitting on the block, and the drum should be OFF the floor. The block will need to be smaller than the diameter of the drum, so that the drum has space/room to travel down.

Now, beat the buh-jeezers out of the drum with a shop hammer of your choice... don't stop until the drum is ON the floor. :D

If it still does not want to seperate all the way .. add too, or get a taller block.

take all your frustrations out on it... give it a world o hurtin....
lucky for me mine popped out with minimal effort :cool1:

LOL, since the drum turns into a bell .. and makes one helluva racket .. it's a good time to let off any steam..
