Doesn't look like I can get a socket up in the cab cavity?

when I tore my 3 rigs apart i used a deep socket and a 6" extension and they came right out. this was on a 73, 78 and 77.

By the looks of your truck you might be messing with whats left to be structurally sound... /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif Leave the bolt there.... cut around it. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Driver's side: remove the air vent, deep-well socket, 4-6" extension, wear knuckle protection.

Passenger side: remove the glove box, as drill as above.

Expect to bleed. And swear.

Like that and .....
There are little plastic plugs under the dash, both sides, that need to be removed (if not gone already) that access the bolts.

Not sure why they ever did it like that /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Yes, well, some of us have air compressors that are 87 miles away from our trucks (pout) /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif
