How hard bead locks to make

I want bead locks but don't know of any places to get them already done for cheap.

If I weld them would they go out of balance?

Do I really need them with 15 inch rims? 39.5's BTW

i made some humvee beadlocks and they were pretty easy....not as cheap as what ur talking about tho...lemme know if you need some hummer rims to make, or i can make u some for the right price

If your rig is street driven I say stay away from the diy ones. With a lot of work you can get them centered on and balanced out pretty nice. Go to http://www.diy4x.com/ for a good kit.
