I have tuff country EZ ride 3" springs up front, an ORD shackle flip out back, F250 towers with Bilstein 5150's up front and inboarded 5150's out back, very nice soft ride and decent flex for a very basic set up!
Tires and wheels:
37x12.50 R17 Cooper Discoverer STT muds on 17" H2 takeoff rims with 1.5" wheel spacers out back to even out the track width.
Oh, and I have ruffstuff specialties 14bff swap spring perches that allowed me to move the rear axle back an inch (or inch and a half, honestly I can't recall but, I think it was only an inch) to compensate for the little bit forward that the axle moved from my shackle flip. My wheelbase is stock at 106.5"
It took some trimming on the fenders and some well placed bumpstops. Trimmed the front and back edges of the front wheel wells, and tweaked the inner fenders a little up front. Trimmed the back of the rear wheelwells. Really not a lot of trimming by any means, still looks clean and would look factory if it weren't for how much I took off of the "fangs" to clear my front bumper (similar cut for rear bumper as well) but, those cuts were not necessary for tire clearance.
