How many of you have a NP205

Well the 205 in the rig is stock. The 205 on the bench waiting to go in has been machined for the larger bearing and input, chucked the 10 spline front and put a 32 (?) spline output in it, since it will be set up for the doubler I went ahead and had Stephen machine the shift rails for front wheel drive and bought his triple stick set up. The doubler has been sitting on the bench for the last (almost) 2 years but now that I have the 32 spline output for my 465 its all about putting it together /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif.
 
I have an NP 205.

The one in it now is stock except for the 1350 output yoke and Jesse's custom machined CV flange on the front.

Future generations of my NP 205 are expected to have a twin stick and maybe a 32 spline front output also.
 
i have a 205 also... did the ford 32 spline front output upgrade and added a couple of HAD flanges too. Other than that, its stock,

I have one, mine has a flange on the back and 1350 CV and I put a 32 spline front out put with a 1350 yoke on it. Good T case but its gotta go!
 
I run a divorced 205 from a dodge, I guess I'm an odd-ball... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
 
I have two, both 32 splines from t-400's

This winter..I'd like to build one with the 32 spline front output..
and Twin stick-it..

205 32 spline input (T400) with 1410's front and rear.

I'm running one (1980 vintage). Converted it from slip to fixed yoke and put in the Ford 32 spline front output....

Why do you say it's gotta go?
 
I run a 32-spline 205 with an SM465. No mods yet. It will probably get shelved, and I'll run a divorced Dodge 205 instead.

Also a spare 32-spline round pattern 205 - just in case /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
 
ORD has the input shafts, I think they also carry the front outputs but they're subject to availability.

Also, Jesse at HAD was recently advertising some front outputs in the for sale forum.

How about getting a complete 205 for parts from the PNP? If its not GM, it has the 32-spline output.

Because of the front axle I built, along goes a custom t case.

You can get the 32 spline front output from, All Trans, in oregon.

That's right! You've got the custom center diff 14 bolt, right? Very nice stuff. You're going to use a monster truck type case aren't you? Profab, maybe?
