I second that request for a pic, the braces from mine are long gone, guessing PO ditched them. I would have no idea how they were hooked up.
 
I have had ideas about the exact purpose of them

here is how I see it...you dont have to agree



alot of tq is applied under certain situations, you have rubber tranny and engine mounts, by having this bracket connecting the two it helps keep the tourque and engine pull the same for bolt mounts and makes it more ridgid rather than haveing the t-case/tranny mount risk getting a differet sized tourque load.

also torque is lost through the tranny, so maby it helps keep the load of torue happy between the too, and keep the binding down.
