How to keep the road grime off the chrome shocks?

i like to take showers, i think i will take another one now /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

baby oil might attract it a little(not sure) but if it does the grime should come off easy if you spray them down its worth a try If you do it but a spray bottle and just spray them down. They only way I could think it might hurt them is it might make them move faster (probably give a nicer ride) and mabe wear out the shocks faster but I dono

You should wrap them in Saran Wrap...that way you can peel the plastic off before pulling up to the Grocery store.
