How to read aldl log?

I'm also still getting code 32 even though I know I have the right gm egr and it is good, the passages are clear and all the vacuum lines are right, and the egr solenoid is good. Is there something that could cause the code 13 and 32. There's got to be a common problem causing both of these. I will data log and see if I can tell anything.

I think I found something, I datalogged and observed the o2 values they stayed right at .45v, I unplugged the o2 then datalogged, .45v no change. The o2 wire tests okay, but I have no continuity to ground on the tan wire, so now I just have to find the other end of it.

I found the end of the tan wire, it was broken between the back of the motor and the firewall, I extended it and grounded it. Now I get a good reading from the o2 sensor about .03v, but after holding the rpms steady at about 2000 for 3 minutes or so the value goes back to .45 and the light will come on, if I let off the gas the o2 reading will come back and the light will go off. To me this sounds like the o2 sensor is bad, no telling how rich it has been running with no input from the o2. I have a warranty on it so i will pull it off and get a new one tomorrow.

Got a code 44 on the way to work, I'm guessing this is the result of either a bad o2 sensor, leaking exhaust manifold gaskets, or tbi throttle shaft wear causing a vacuum leak.

Orielly's didn't take my phone number down when I bought my junk bosch o2 sensor and I couldn't find my receipt. I went to advance auto and ordered a delco o2 sesnsor, installed it and everything is working great no more code 13, 32, or 44. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Sweet, glad to hear it was fixed! Delco=good

Really surprised the Bosch sensors are still problematic, it's not like they supply parts to major manufacturers or anything. :(

Wow! cool deal. you traced out and found the broken ground wire, which most people could never have figured out in a Million years, then there is a defective part just to put the "cherry on top of the icing". Good job dude!

The crazy thing is I still had the original delco o2 sensor that I replaced when I first noticed the code 13, when I removed it I broke the porcelain part of it. When I suspected the "new" bosch o2 sensor may be bad I put in the old broken delco and it worked fine. I just didn't like having the porcelain broken so I bought a new one.
