How to remove this piece of bezel?

Trying to remove this safely to paint core support, just curious how to pull off properly. Any help much appreciated.

Those nuts come off. Piece comes off.
4?....... maybe 6? for that piece

Yep, what Ron said. Just unthread nut with a socket. 7/16” I think.

Ill try and unscrew might just be gunk that looks like spot weld

The first picture shows part of the clip. It can be slide off or undo the nuts and remove with the clip.

I got it was 3/8” nuts they turned, got it all scotchbrited, just need to rub down with varsol and paint tomorrow with the inner fenders.

Sorry, I could swore they were 7/16”.
