How to swap to TBI

Ok If Im buying an older 350 from a friend but wanted to put my TBI thats on my 305 currently on the 350. How would one go about doing this? Is the TB from the 305 the same as one that would go on a 350? Or is the 305 just not a good donor motor for TBI?

<font color="blue">The TBI is the same (might have to have it reprogramed) but the manifold won't bolt up to your heads. You need to re-drill the TBI manifold or get a Holley adpater to put on the older carb manifold
