How to wire a tach on 90 suburban?

I have a cheapo tach that i want in the burb its one of those pro tachs with the four wire hookup, lights, ground, acc. on, and the tach lead. What i need to know is where that lead schould go to on my TBI truck? /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

There is a small white wire dangling near your distributor with a female spade terminal...you'll see it. Attach the wire to that. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
