How tough is a K30

My wife got hit headon by a 2ton flatbed cause his windshield was still frosted over.Pushed the frame back on one side of my 72 K5 and totaled both trucks.I hated to loose the K5,but,feel like it prob saved her life.She saw him comming and was all th eway off the road when he hit her.Impact turned the K5 around opposite direction from when hit and knocked it back nearly 60 feet.If she would have geen in her little car he would have went over it so I'll always believe it saved her life.She only got some minor injuries.LONG LIVE OLD IRON!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

dang sounds really bad..glad everybody is ok and didnt get seriously hurt...man gotta love older chevy trucks! they are freaking amazing! driving around town in my K5 i feel like im driving a tank, lifted and some nice size tires i sometimes wish i could just plow over those little civics n crap like that you know!? it would be so fun!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
