HP Dana 44 TRE taper

Does anybody know what the taper is for these axles? I want to run the GM 3 piece setup, since the long side for the HP is about $100, plus prolly another $100 for the short side and adjusting sleeve. Axle is a 78/79 high pinion Ford Dana 44. Can't find crap online saying what the taper is

Not sure what the Ford ones are but if they don't match you could always pick up a pair of these:

If you are talking about GM 1ton TRE that most guys use to build steering then you need 7.15deg taper which is 1.5" per foot. They are available on ebay but aren't cheap.

I have a taper but don't remember what it is. Trying to safe some money by not getting the stock Ford piece. Plus GM used the 3 piece for how long?? Those tapered inserts are a good idea....

I need to order spring plates n u-bolts from ORD, might just as well order the tie rod set they offer....
